Pushed an "R" branch.

@kdorheim Package now builds though doesn't pass R CMD CHECK. I have not yet tried to run the code though.

Do we want to add git hub actions? And package down stuff? (Would the R branch have to be merged into master to get this to work?)

Also thoughts on linking the R package HW book with specific tasks for Lisa?

Examples would be to build, test, and check the package.
Have her fill out the PestED/DESCRIPTION file or add roxygen documentation as she works with the package?
Have her use the package to complete the sensitivity analysis we spoke about last time?

I think yes on Actions, at least to do R CMD CHECK. We can set it to do this for the R branch only.
