Updating the pkgdown site #86

The pkgdown site is not up to date with the last 2 or 3 merges (i.e. the aboveground functions have been changed). I assume updates just need to be pushed (sorry, not sure how to do this?) In addition, while I think @atkinsjeff and I had good intentions with the data mgmt vignette, it never really took off. Maybe we take it down for now?

vignettes updated. I don't see a reason to take down the data mgmt. one right now honestly. it just needs to be added too.
