Add annotations to functions that will print on call about the data. #98

The way that things print the citation when the function comes, but we want to print a brief description of the data set.

I am thinking something like this for fd_canopy_structure() : "Note regarding data, plot B02 missing in 2018, D04E missing in 2019 (3 total missing plots)"
