Implemented functionality for speed control #7

Hello Focus,

I liked your plugin for YouTube quality and found it to be one of the few which was able to work on all sites.

It didn’t have functionality for speed control, and I have implemented it as well.

I am sending you a pull request so that you can merge it and update your chrome extension.
