Internationalisation issue #145

Some plugins (like vlam_doctest.py) doesn't use the _ function for strings
that will be displayed.

This prevent those strings to be translated.

Plugins I've found with the problem:
 * vlam_load_local
 * vlam_load_remote
 * vlam_doctest
 * vlam_unittest
 * vlam_pylint
 * python_file

I've fixed those plugins in my branch (r832), but maybe the same issue
exists in other files.

This should be fixed for release 1.0 which should include full translations in 
French
at the very least.
