Complementary option to no_markup #149

Currently Crunchy allows dynamic insertion of vlam keyword into a web page.
 Unfortunately this is a little restrictive as options to keywords (e.g.
those coming from new plugins such as analyzer ...) are not allowed.  It
should be possible to add options to existing vlam keyword dynamically -
similar to the way the no_markup option works.

Implemented in my branch. Will need to incorporate in the trunk.  Changing 
status to
fixed.
