Problem with menu on remote sites #180

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load a remote site (e.g. planet.python.org)
2. Go the the crunchy menu and try to quit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Can't reach the quit item (nor the preference one).

May need to change the menu to use javascript based drop down menu (one
more jquery plugin!).

Appears to be fixed now that the z-index value of the menu has been set to a 
large
number.
