When directory is listed, crunchy menu does not appear #200

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enter the url "images" (after the server root)
2. The listing of that directory appears but there is no Crunchy menu at
the top. 

This is not a bug as such ... but it might be nice to consider still having
the Crunchy menu appearing for consistency.

Not worth spending time on: using the browser back button works just as well as
anything else. Declaring it invalid.
