Interactive session without prompt #212

It might be useful to have a mode in which Python's code entered in an
interactive session would not have a prompt appearing in front of it so
that it could easily be copied and pasted inside an editor.

Perhaps this can be incorporated with the introduction of the "history"
feature - the entire history could be made to appear in a separate window.
