Create a way to add new plugins automatically. #237

Enter a description of the feature requested, as completely as possible.

It would be nice to have a way to add plugins to Crunchy without copying
them into the plugin directory "by hand".  This way, we could distribute
plugins separately.

One way would be to have a command at the prompt: add_plugin(path) which
would take the plugin from "path" and move it to the Crunchy plugin directory.
