Close button on help pane hidden by scroll bar #57

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run something like help(sys) from the interpreter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Most of the Close button is hidden by the scroll bar.
This is because of the way that scrollbars are overlaid on certain objects.
