reStructuredText plugin for Crunchy #69

Crunchy should be able to import .txt (or .rst) files that use
reStructuredText (.rst), convert them into html, process them and display
them to the browser.

Note that this is an open task currently submitted to GHOP.

Done - provided docutils is installed.  This was incorporated in release 
0.9.8.5 - a
little while ago.
