Visual cleanup #14

Remove gridlines and adjust zoom levels and default panning to make these sheets a bit easier on the eye when first opened.

LOVE it! Thanks. I see how you turned off gridlines and set zoom level. What did you do with panning?

Sorry, I just meant that I put the cursor in a sensible cell when you open each sheet so that it shows the most relevant information (on big sheets) and stays out the way.
