I feel some cognitive load when looking at the tab, trying to make sense of the variety of charts, and I often find it takes a long time for the charts to refresh when the source data changes.
I have an idea that would improve load times on that tab and help make the charts more accessible to newcomers: create a tab for each area, and put charts that illustrate that area of concern on their own tab.
With tabs like 'quality charts' and 'productivity charts', people can see different visualization techniques for each metric in isolation, comparing 'apples to apples' so to speak. Each tab will also load faster because there will be fewer charts per tab, meaning less computation will be required to finish rendering the active tab.
