Add support for Vocaster One #19

I've recently purchased a Vocaster One, would love to have support added here:

Hi @radupotop,

I only recently found out about the Vocaster series. Right now, my focus is on a driver for the new Scarlett Gen 4 devices, however, if there is sufficient interest then the Vocaster One and Two will be next on my list. I have a fundraiser here: https://gofund.me/71f94a9c to assist in acquiring hardware so I can add support.
