Make text selectable #182

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. All the text in the app cannot be selected, since information is not always in English it's hard to manually translate these.

Describe the solution you'd like I am not to familiar with android programming but if it's possible allow selection of text. Info: https://developer.android.com/develop/ui/compose/text/user-interactions

Describe alternatives you've considered Using universal copy app it's possible to select text but it's usage is clumsy and not always correct.

Awsome btw, unfortunately i am not a android programmer but i know a fair bit of php and could help translate let me know if i could be off assistance.
