Fix docker buildx bake set in github actions #87

In this PR it is added 3 php extension to the build container:

php7-dom
php7-xmlwriter
php7xml

Also, update the composer.json to this version https://github.com/FogosPT/fogospt/blob/3b0a5afa33d23f2b7b9c7ded2fb2a377f2e6a0f0/fogospt/composer.json
