Add buildbot system to repo

Add buildbot system to public repo, as was done in CAMotics.

fah-build includes builds for several other projects. If we split them then we would need to maintain multiple build masters and bulid workers. I could possibly just make fah-build public.

Are there any secrets in fah-build or its history?

There shouldn't be.

I was thinking urls of servers and possibly old signing certificates.
