logfile_01.txt missing from some result folders #1604

We're finding logfile_01.txt missing from some result folders for multiple projects:

checkpointIntegrator.xml.bz2  positions.xtc  science.log
(base) server@ip-10-13-2-20:~/server2/data/SVR314342810/PROJ17309/RUN0/CLONE5182$ ls results1
checkpointIntegrator.xml.bz2  logfile_01.txt  positions.xtc  science.log

Perhaps related to https://github.com/FoldingAtHome/openmm-core/issues/316. Does ls -ltra show the log file?

P17309 R0 C5182 G0 was returned by a user running Windows. image image

while P17309 R0 C5182 G1 was returned by a user on Linux image image
