Improved Molecular Visualization

Implement improved visualization using something like nGL or mol*. It would be nice at a minimum to have a ribbon view of the molecule being simulated. This would require getting the visualization data in the correct format for the viewer. This could be a good project for an outside contributor.

In my opinion, current viewer just need some background added (similar to v7 maybe. I personally loved PS3 fuzzy looking viewer, but again, current one is fine, just needs some background
