Issue / Feature - App not responding when user adjusts configurations

FolioReader Stock / Modified - Slightly modified

Mobile / Tablet / Emulator Info - Mobile
Crash / Error - Application is not responding
Steps to reproduce / Describe in detail - Open a book and adjust its font size or font type in quick succession , the app will start to freeze. The seek bar itself is not smooth compared to your older versions.
