Where is the close button #368

I recently updated from 0.4.0 to 0.5.4 and noticed that the close button in the top left is gone (it was a "X" shaped graphic).

Is there any way to get it back or how can the user close the folioreader without using the back button?

@Charriu84 since android have a physical back button, we decided to remove the close button.
