Issue / Feature - App crash everytime when i click on read of any epub. FolioReader version - 0.3.9 Android SDK - 9.0 Mobile / Tablet / Emulator Info - Motorola one power Crash / Error - Caused by: android.view.InflateException: Binary XML file line #15: Binary XML file line #15: Error inflating class com.folioreader.view.FolioToolbar

Resolved this of version 0.4.1.
