class FolioWebView @JvmOverloads constructor( context: Context, attrs: AttributeSet? = null, defStyleAttr: Int = 0, defStyleRes: Int = 0 ) : WebView(context.createConfigurationContext(Configuration()), attrs, defStyleAttr, defStyleRes)

It solved this issue for me.
