Erica - We can start the meeting by brainstorming issues

Monarch: Maybe try this format (needs iteration) Are there any emergencies that need to be dealt with in the club? What issues are open in the Issues tab that need immediate addressing? Open discussion (but with a purpose) Hard stop, coupled with async discussion in the Issues tab

Navi - Leaders need to organize + plan next steps. They're trying to drum up the next initiative and plan the next week. (is describing a planning style session)

Erica - Using Issues makes sense because (1) issues stays as a reference, (2) helps with succession planning.
