Confirmation on delete chart / mdDialog upgrades #103

There should also be a confirmation on deletion of datasources, too.

@dwatling @Rayfucious embedding ng-md-icon in a md-button works, now I'm trying to fix the CSS for the md-button so it doesn't add padding to the icon itself

Solution: switch the project to Material Design iconset instead. Wrapping a icon tag in an anchor tag works wonderfully. http://google.github.io/material-design-icons/
