TECH DEBT: autodeploy from Travis CI to OpenShift #114

@Rayfucious and I set up the Travis CI build config with an encrypted SSH key for Travis so that we could get Travis to autodeploy to QAT from the develop branch and autodeploy to production from the master branch.

To confirm: ANY commit to branch develop will autodeploy to QAT and ANY commit to branch master will autodeploy to production.

This is the first project at @FollettSchoolSolutions to feature true continuous deployment using git flow and GitHub.
