I try not installing stuff on my computer, and instead containerise the build and runtimes - this allows for versioning of tools and dependencies :)

don't merge yet

[ ] containerize frontend
33 - npm run build breaks in the container.
[ ] containerize backend
[ ] containerize ESP32 build and flash
[ ] containerize RPi build & runtime
[ ] work out a docker-compose file for it.
[ ] document :)
