Build it with DKMS and ultimately distribute as Debian/Ubuntu package? #18

It would be nice if RTL 8822BU had official Ubuntu/Debian support. Since kernel code works great on my machine, I added DKMS (see pull request #17 ), and can help you by adding Debian package build config.
