I have this device

[ 120.099970] usb 8-1.2.1: New USB device found, idVendor=0bda, idProduct=b812, bcdDevice= 2.10
[ 120.099974] usb 8-1.2.1: New USB device strings: Mfr=1, Product=2, SerialNumber=3
[ 120.099977] usb 8-1.2.1: Product: USB3.0 802.11ac 1200M Adapter
[ 120.099980] usb 8-1.2.1: Manufacturer: Realtek
[ 120.099982] usb 8-1.2.1: SerialNumber: 123456

While it working fine, I can max out donwload/upload bandwidth of my uplink (200M/100M) but it connect to my PC at USB2 speed

/: Bus 08.Port 1: Dev 1, Class=root_hub, Driver=xhci_hcd/1p, 480M

The full dmesg at pastebin here: https://pastebin.com/cKTQwHRa I don't have time to test local speed yet, but I assume that it will be limited by the speed of USB2 instead of USB3.
