The total content is still on a single HTML page; wouldn't it be better for this sidebar to link to separate HTML pages, so that you can't "scroll off the reservation" into another part? :)

Also should VROT be in the Motion section?

They are separated into separate documents in my branch.

intro / proposal / demo / glossary are separate directories, but within proposal everything is on one page, eg

Ohh I see. Sure, feel free to move things around as you see fit. I just wanted to get the overall structure set up so that various people can work on different sections in parallel.

Ah, I see you are using PHP for page includes; I'll branch off your branch and PR you a Jeykll based page includer that does the <title> and includes stuff in a way that can be hosted right here on Github :)

Ok I put an hour into this, will leave it alone now :) I believe everything you had in PHP is now working on Jekyll, plus I moved the content of README over to the introduction, and I updated a few minor things.
