Merge in the clewis + davelab6 jeykll site (for real)

[davelab6]

Jekyll-ize the site, splitting out the axes proposal page into subpages for each section, and adding new intro/demo/glossary pages.

The original index.html remains in place, the new index.md is named v2.md until the new site launches
