Link to MS spec site #5

I'd like to link to the OT spec on the MS site when referenced, eg

matches the previous definition of”xheight” in the OT font format.

to

matches the earlier definition in the OpenType OS/2 table of sxHeight

I am thinking more on each specific thing; I can take care of this
