Demo: pwht and pwth #52

  1. add pwht and pwth axes to Amstelvar. (copy and create them from wght and wdth and re-value tp per mille).

  2. Compare a. the match of Amstelvar Regular according to wght, (default 400) to Benton Sans "regular (400) b. the match of Amstelvar Regular according to pwht, to Benton Sans "regular" with a pwht assigned according to the same measure.
