Add commitizen and LICENCE update #3

add back Alex in the LICENCE in addition to myself
add commitizen for ease of committing in the conventional commit format

Changes made as requested, I also setup a coveralls account that Travis CI hopefully doesn't choke trying to communicate anymore after the tests finish
