[Feature Request] Rename Custom URL Audio Sources #2044

Hello Yomichan,

I am using custom audio sources via Language Tools (https://www.patreon.com/posts/48444705) (https://github.com/FooSoft/yomichan/issues/1386) to provide me with additional Cantonese and Mandarin voices as well as a backup source for Japanese voices. Under the audio icon, I just need to memorize the order, it would be nice if I could label it myself.

Also, it would be nice if this Azure integration could be put directly into Yomichan with my own Azure API key, as I'm currently trying to figure out a way to do it without having to rely on having an active Language Tools account.

You can use the Custom URL (JSON) option combined with a custom localhost server which could handle audio requests using custom logic. I believe this is what LT does as well. This method also allows you to provide custom names to the entries.
