replace standard with eslint #41

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. as we have babel, you should add bridge between babel and eslint and maybe connect it not only at babel.config.js but also at rollup(only in case if eslint wouldn't work well at rollup build)

here you'll need to make some research. more details about how rollup works and how to make a separated module that publish at npm you can read from links here: https://github.com/ChickenKyiv/awesome-dev-stuff/tree/master/docs/create-npm-module

i'll try now to find just a few links that have an examples of eslint config at rollup. will post it here later
