This was a tasty tasty salad. Cook the sweet potato in a pan till your liking then throw everything in a bowl and mix with your dressing.
Dressing was rice vinegar, olive oil, a lil sesame oil, a dab of mayo and a little agave. Kept trying it until it tasted good
