Cross reference to NCIThesaurus Nutrition components #119

NCIT has Nutrition, Dietary Components which FoodOn should cross reference once CDNO nutrition terms are in place.

CDNO, the crop dietary nutrition ontology recently added to OBOFoundry, will take on a hierarchy of nutritional terms, FoodOn will (probably) deprecate its own nutritional terms in favour of CDNO's, so we need to do that before cross reference to NCIThesaurus.
