Add coverage for EFSA risk assessment domain terms #24

https://www.efsa.europa.eu/en/glossary-taxonomy-terms lists hundreds of terms that could use an OBOFoundry ontology treatment. This mini-project would consist of going through this list and identifying the target ontologies to submit NTRs to, or to ensure cross-referencing exists for.

E.g. EFSA "acceptable daily intake" could be cross-referenced from new ONS dietary study term "adequate intake". This encourages nutritional study data from North America / USDA to be cross reference-able with EFSA / European studies.
