EBSCO has a lot of missing DOIs also so good to also provide URL for these if available

remove scopus link column and provide in URL column where no DOI is provided

in scopus if there is a mising DOI, then instead of having the scopus link column, then change url so that it is a valid one. we probably only need the scopus link column IF there is no DOI. ... same for EBSCO (where there is no DOI the base url + DOI will not work).
