Make and flesh-out Instagram account for SC

Just because lots of people will find us this way. It'll help sharing the word and so on.

I know I said that we can wrap some of this social media stuff into FoodWorks' existing infrastructure, and I think we can for Facebook... but for Insta, I think it'd be simpler/better to just have it's own. Mostly about clarity, but:

1. Ig is quicker/lighter communication. It's hard to read longer stuff there. For FoodWorks to even explain what the featured content was would take a bit of text and context switching.

2. FoodWorks' Facebook can be for longer stuff.

3. We can farm this task out to a volunteer or one of us easily; just put up one post per day (or every few days) that feature projects.

I'll start by reserving the handle; even if we don't use it, we'll need that. @prestonaustin I will likely need whatever our canonical email addy ended up being.

I will need:

• [ ] something suitable for a profile image (logo) @ramlyed
• [ ] a primary email contact to put into the profile @prestonaustin
• [ ] succinct one-liner that describes what we are @ramlyed

We can also think of a getting-started strategy. The way we do this is by following people and talking about stuff. We can simply follow the people who we are promoting for starters. But we shouldn't do that 'till we have someplace for the curious to land.
