Import System Cons #24

I think it's useless for the import system (ver 0.8.10) to pop-up alerts when a chapter is about to be uploaded.

Cons:

  1. You need to close the alert message every time the next chapter will be uploaded.
  2. It displays not enough details, which is not very user-friendly at all.

I think many users will still prefer the alert-less import system rather than the new Imp Sys.

That's just code that was left there while testing. Removed.
