Strings of traslation doesen't change after adding the missing traslated string. I already tried to download the .po file from transifex and from github. Obviusly i think the file is the it_IT.po like from transifex in the /assets/locale/it_IT.utf8/LC_MESSAGES

My only doubt is the other lenguage folder in the other place with italian file but if i open i didn't see any string for translation.

You will need to recompile the it_IT.mo file with your modified it_IT.po file using Poedit or something similar.
