E_NOTIFY and gettext fixes #58

Hi there, I've just found this wonderful piece of work. Thanks for it.

I've fixed the percentages in the gettext catalogs and I've added the hungarian language to the list of languages on the admin page. Also there was an E_NOTIFY warning for me on the latest releases page so I've added extra conditions to the tabler helper.
