Cars will have the following functionality :

Realistic bicycle steering model.
Realistic Braking and accelrating with gears.
navigate using a* pathfinding
controller class that uses PID control to keep the car on path.
Able to stop at traffic lights.
Not to collide with cars in their lane
To collide with cars if the junction fails
