Test short answer stops working eventually #137

Describe the bug If you only have one question of a particular type in test, the short answer may stop working eventually

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to any set
  2. Set max terms to 1
  3. Click new test
  4. Answer short answer question
  5. if you answer incorrectly you get $\frac{n-1}{n}$ where $n$ is the total questions (because of #136)
  6. Click new test again
  7. You won't be able to answer
