Move to algolia

• [ ] Setup cloudflare workers for updating the search index after user creates/edits a set
• [ ] Move set deletion to cloudflare workers (will remove item from search index and recursively delete the social collection - rn I have a script that manually does this and it takes like 5 minutes :skull:)
• [ ] Algolia per-user keys? This will allow searching pages with private/unlisted sets like the my sets page!
• [ ] In the future - algolia open source plan
