Show empty inventory slots instead of error textures #20

WIP https://github.com/ForLoveOfCats/SkyOfSteel/commit/124b07ef052bcff739235812e34b9e43c1e10207 just hides empty slots. An improvement to allow for starting to work on https://github.com/ForLoveOfCats/SkyOfSteel/issues/33 but still needs work.

With the addition of item counts in https://github.com/ForLoveOfCats/SkyOfSteel/commit/4a01e9589f82ae9cc7193c0e6aad6f6094105e85 I deem this done. There is no empty slot box or anything of that sort but it looks good that way and increase in complexity of adding boxes around all slots is not worth the small gain.
