There should be a way to read 3D / 2D / 1D model files and get the electromagnetic medium parameters from them.

I've decided that we'll use CSXCAD model format, the same as openEMS.

I've made some initial definitions for CSXCAD and will improve them later. Current task is to migrate the 3D simulation API to use these model definitions.
